Trial Period (New Members Only)

New members are eligible for three trial sessions, available only at the beginning of the activity year through October 31. Registration and payment must be completed before attending.

Families who choose to withdraw after the three trial sessions will receive a full refund minus a $30 registration fee.

Withdrawals Through February 1

Participants who withdraw on or before February 1 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid, minus a $250 non-refundable fee covering insurance and Hanhaga membership.

Additional Terms

• No refunds or credits will be provided for absences due to personal reasons.
• The annual membership installment plan is a payment plan for an annual commitment, not a monthly subscription. Future installments remain due and cannot be stopped or canceled if a participant withdraws during the activity year.
